Would you like to live in a very quiet neighborhood at 10 minutes away from the center? With wonderful tico-neighbors? If so, this home is the right place for you.

This home features an open concept kitchen with living and dining area, with access to the terrace from where you have gorgeous views to the mountains and several Volcanos. The living area is open and bright with lots of space and high ceilings. Close by the main entrance, a powder room is available for your guests.

From a corridor you reach the 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with en-suit bathroom and walk-in closet, has an office nook for home office. Two more bedrooms share an independent full bathroom. One bedroom is used as an office at the moment.

At the end of the corridor, there is a laundry room with an exit to the outdoors. On the property, close by the laundry room, there is a free-standing, small studio with its own full bathroom. It can be furnished as in the photos if wished (please ask for more details).

There is hot water throughout the house and a carport for two cars.

The property is inside a small private gated community with two more neighbors. In the community there is lots of nature and it is allowed to walk through the whole property.

Preferably no pets, otherwise one small pet might be welcome.

¿Le gustaría vivir en un barrio muy tranquilo a 10 minutos del centro, con maravillosos vecinos ticos? Si es así, esta casa es el lugar adecuado para usted.

Esta casa cuenta con una cocina de concepto abierto con sala y comedor, con acceso a la terraza desde donde se tienen hermosas vistas a las montañas y varios volcanes. El salón es abierto y luminoso, con mucho espacio y techos altos. Cerca de la entrada principal, un tocador está disponible para sus invitados.

Desde un pasillo se llega a los 3 dormitorios. Un dormitorio principal con baño en-suite y vestidor, tiene un rincón para oficina en casa. Dos dormitorios más comparten un baño completo separado. Un dormitorio se utiliza como oficina en este momento.

Al final del pasillo, hay un lavadero con salida al exterior. En la propiedad, cerca del lavadero, hay un pequeño estudio independiente con su propio baño completo. Se puede amueblar como en las fotos si se desea (por favor pregunte por más detalles).

Hay agua caliente en toda la casa y una cochera para dos coches.

La propiedad está dentro de una pequeña comunidad privada cerrada con otros dos vecinos. Hay mucha naturaleza en la comunidad y se permite caminar por toda la propiedad.

El precio del alquiler por mes es de US$1,950. – e incluye, muebles y electrodomésticos,  el mantenimiento de areas verdes una vez por semana y servicio de internet fibra óptica de 300MB. Los servicios públicos (agua y electricidad) son extra. La casa también se puede alquilar semi-amueblada, si lo desea.
